My Roommate is a Trump Supporter Part 2

trump

So, the other week I made a post about my roommate being a Trump supporter and all the horrible and stupid shit he says.  Well, with the release of the Mueller Report, he’s gone balls to the wall, fucking batshit nuts.

Which is ridiculous. I’m a very liberal person. However, I fully understand that Trump will win in 2020 because Democrats can’t get their shit together and nobody in the country has the balls to hold the Republican party accountable for anything.

So, why he’s mad, I’m not sure…..

He’s literally guaranteed Trump until 2024 (vomits)

But what makes me so sad is that he’s dug himself into this little hole. He listens only to male country singers. He watches only Fox News. He reads only Alt-Right websites. He has no friends in New York and never leaves the apartment because he feels the people here are mean to him, and judge him for being a Trump supporter….

trump1

WHICH IS SO FUNNY TO ME, BECAUSE AS A GAY GUY WHO GREW UP IN OHIO, I WAS CONSTANTLY TOLD BY PEOPLE LIKE HIM THAT I SHOULD JUST LEAVE OHIO AND GO RUN AWAY TO SOME BIG LIBERAL CITY WHERE I WOULDN’T BOTHER “REAL AMERICANS” SO MUCH.

SO TO MY ROOMMATE, I’D SAY THE SAME – YOU CAN’T BE IN NEW YORK…THE CITY WHERE ALL OF US FROM THE MIDWEST HAVE TO RUN AWAY TO BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU… AND THEN BE MAD THAT NONE OF US WANT YOU HERE.

YOUR PEOPLE CONSTANTLY TOLD ME TO GET OUT MY ENTIRE LIFE.

SO NOW I SAY THE SAME.

GO BACK TO KENTUCKY WHERE YOU BELONG.

bye

What was really terrifying though was the “stand-up comedy” he blasted from the living room the other day.  I have stand-up in quotes because I saw no comedy here. There weren’t even jokes.  I swear to you people, this is verbatim what was said —–

Comedian: You know who I really hate? Bernie Sanders!

(Audience claps)

Comedian: What a fucking piece of shit right?

(Audience bursts out laughing and cheering)

Comedian: Someone really needs to walk up to that motherfucker and just punch him in the fucking face!

(Audience laughing uproariously)

Comedian:  Seriously, like, he wants to steal our money???? If he ever tries to steal my money I’m going beat the shit out of him!

(Audience going completely fucking nuts)

Comedian: I think Bernie doesn’t get that we’re powerful. If he ever comes for us, we’re gonna’ take him down!

(Audience going so crazy I’m surprised the theater didn’t collapse)

People… this shit was scary.

Republicans went nuts when Samantha Bee called Ivanka a feckless cunt, and yet they have no problem with someone saying they’re going to beat Bernie Sanders to death?

trump4

Ya’ll, we are fucked. These people are terrifying. Can we please get our act together for 2020?  Please?

What is a Disenfranchised Student?

college

So, with this whole scandal and debate about college students and admissions, it has got me thinking a lot about my time in college, both in undergrad, and now as a grad student.

On top of that, because of the scandal, I’m hearing a lot of the “White privilege” argument. So it’s got me asking myself a lot about my time in school – This article is not going to try to say that white privilege doesn’t exist, because it does.

This article is actually about me asking, What is a first generation student?

Who deserves resources?

What groups are being forgotten?

Let me explain my situation with college. I am not the first generation of my family to go to college. My parents were the first (which is rather normal in America, so I’m going to make this about my parents being “first gen” or anything)

I am, however, the first in my family to go to what I’m going to call ‘real college’. My parents went to the local university in my hometown. This university is what’s considered a “not ranked” school. Meaning, it’s not competitive and it lets anyone in. Your ACT and SAT scores don’t matter, they don’t require any essays to be written, no recommendation letters – nothing. This university will even have billboards up during the first week of classes that saying things like “Classes have only just begun! You can still enroll! Call now!”

Students and tourists rest in lawn chairs in Harvard Yard, the open old heart of Harvard University campus

Back when my parents were in school, college was also much different. They paid their way through full-time school with their part-time jobs – Something that can’t be done today. They both lived at home as they attended school (as many in my hometown do) and after graduating, their part-time jobs turned to full-time and so they never had to deal with internships and applying to jobs “within their field” and all of that.

In recent years, this particular school admits tons of low-income and minority students. To make sure that these students don’t drop out, the university has instated a massive grading curve. So a B- student becomes an A+ student leading the class.

So, my point is this: Yes, may parents wen to “college”. But they had never gone to anything that resembles what Americans think colleges are.

I was the first in my family to have to save up for college while in high school. I was the first to take an ACT test. I was the first to write admissions essays. The first to need letters of recommendation. The first to leave my hometown. The first to live in a dorm on campus. The first to compete for internships. And now, the first to attend graduate school.

college2

I had no help or guidance on these things, because nobody in my family had ever done any of it before. So, am I a first generation student?

And if not, what am I?

I think of all the mistakes I made while in school. All the things I didn’t know. I went from being harassed for being gay every single day in my hometown by my peers, to suddenly living in a building with hundreds of them. My parents had never had an internship before and had no idea what and internship actually consisted of. I didn’t know what entering a job market looked like. There’s so much I didn’t know. So much I didn’t understand. And so much I did wrong, out of ignorance.

But because I’m a white male who’s parents technically attended college, nobody ever paid a single ounce of attention to me. There was no help. No resources. No programs. No groups.

Nothing.

campus 5

And it’s still hard. It’s hard that in this 2019 environment, anytime I open my mouth about a difficulty I’ve been through, everyone just moans and groans, and gives you this “UGH, ANOTHER WHITE PERSON WHO THINKS THEY HAVE PROBLEMS….”

So, the question becomes: Are we still forgetting about students?

Is there a group of young people out there that society is assuming is doing fine, but is actually lost? Are there people out who need help but don’t know where to go, and feel as though they have no options?

college 7

I think we can all admit that my college situation is very different from Felicity Huffman’s daughter. So why is it just assumed that all white people are the same?

Our society needs to focus on race. We needed affirmative action to get people of color into schools and jobs. We need groups for minority students who are disenfranchised. We need funded programs for first gen students, I am in no way saying that needs to stop.

What I am saying though, is that there are disenfranchised white people too. Liberalism and #Wokeness has seemed to become just as blinded by anger against whites as the racists they claim to hate. The world isn’t as clear and simple as “White people get everything, colored people get nothing.” We won’t solve real problems that way.

Oppression comes in various forms for different people. Oppression, discrimination, domination can come in forms beyond race – there’s age, wealth, sexuality, gender, history of abuse, mental illness, religion, and more. It’s complex. It’s messy. It’s shitty.

But it’s reality.

Harvard campus with brilliant fall foliage

So, I pose this question to the world.

What do we do?

How do we ensure that we’re helping all people who need it. How do we help prevent people from falling through the cracks of society?

How do we help make things better?

The Macarena: The Most Diverse Music Video Ever

mac

Step aside all you obnoxious millennials who think you invented diversity. If you’re looking for the true trailblazer, you’ll need to go back… back to the 90’s.

It was the summer of 1996. Independence Day was booming in the box office, The Craft had just been released that May, and Neve Campbell was about to be launched into an even further fame that December with Scream.

It was then, that an unsuspecting nation was introduced to the Macarena. Macarena fever hit hard. So hard in fact that even the DNC of that year was hit a Macarena outbreak.

mac1

Since then, and this is embracing to admit…actually no it’s not, fuck all of you – I love the Macarena! It’s so damn catchy and so damn 90’s, it’s fuckin amazing.

So the other day, I was rewatching the Macarena music video (because yes, I do that. Got a problem? Call my agent!) and I was totally blown away.  I was like…

THIS WAS MADE IN THE 90s?

This music video is the very definition of diversity. And all of you 2019-ers should be ashamed of yourselves for not knowing about this important moment in music history.

Let’s meet our diverse cast:

The Singers

mac8

The song is sung by Los Del Rio, a duo from Spain.  But look at this – How many hit music videos can you think of by men in their 50’s or 60’s dominating the charts? The Macarena directly combats agism!

The Brunette

mac7

Sure, blondes have more fun…but according to blondes! No matter what your hair color (or horrendous wardrobe choices…) all are welcomed to dance the Macarena!

The Indian Girl

mac6

A study by PBS found that out of all the actors in Hollywood, only 4.2% are “Other”….yeah, that’s how disproportionate the number of Indian actors in Hollywood are. They’re categorized under “Other”, which would combine them with various Arab/Desi/Pacific Islanders/Indigenous peoples/and so forth…all to make up less than 5%.

pbs

So the true numbers of Indian actors will never be known.  What we do know that is that being Indian in the entertainment business can’t be easy. And being a woman in any job isn’t easy, so for an Indian woman to be featured in such a high-profile music video is huge!

This Girl…

mac6

I don’t what she is, or what the story behind the hair, the lips, and the outfit are…but here’s how I’m taking it – It’s all about being yourself.  She is the embodiment of body positivity, dressing how you want, and not giving a fuck.  Let’s all raise a glass and have a cheers to that cotton-candy wig!

The Latina

mac12

Rocking out a satin pantsuit. That’s right – SATIN PANTSUIT –  A pantsuit so elegant, I can only imagine it would make Diane Keaton jealous. Our Latina (or Latinx, because I’m not here to assume genders) is surely ready for her night at the club where she will cheat on her boyfriend… you know… he one who’s name is Victorino.

But don’t worry,

She didn’t want him

She couldn’t stand him

He was no good so….

The Black Girl

(Can I still say ‘black’? I don’t want to say African American, because what if she isn’t from America?)

mac7 copy

Regardless of whatever the PC term is, one thing is for sure, I love this girl . That 90’s outfit, that Amazing 90’s hair. Everything. Pure perfection. Also, in the music video she competes to be the lead. Going head-to-head with…

The Asian Girl

mac13

That shirt. That hair. That everything.  Oh man, 90’s perfection. This image isn’t too clear, but she’s also got on purple lipstick.  Daring and bold makeup choices…. UGHHHHHH THE 90s!!!! COME BACK!!!!!

The White Blonde Girl

mac14

I know, I can hear you groaning. You’re probably saying something like #OscarsSoWhite, and then I’ll be like, that Oscars hashtag is from 2015. OMG get with it!  But in reality, diversity and inclusion means everyone…even white blonde women

(at least she’s not a man…am I right, ladies?????…crickets.)

Will that fabulous feather jacket help make it better?  Fit for a hooker, I say!

The Mom From ‘Blackish’

mac15

The mom from Blackish denies being in the music video (yes, this got widespread enough  to where she had to respond) But, Macarena conspiracy theorists continue to insist that it’s her. And how could you not believe Macarena conspiracy theorists??????

The Scandinavian

mac18

Had ABBA gotten famous in the 90’s they would have looked just like our Swedish girl in the music video. Plastic pants. Plastic shirt. And a plastic winter hat.  I have a feeling this was surely the most uncomfortbale outfit in the entire music video. But pain is beauty!

The Jan

mac19

Yes, that’s right. This music video is so diverse that it even has the forgotten middle child. Jan is so forgotten that I couldn’t even find a good image of this girl.  She’s literally hidden in ever single frame!

See, look!

mac20

Let’s try again….

mac21

Poor Jan. We can’t all be center stage though, I suppose.  I’m sure she has a great personality and is probably very smart.  Maybe she’s a lawyer now and making more than anyone else in the music video?

There you have it! The most diverse music video in the world! Now, put that song, and blast it loud!!! HEY MACARENA!!!!!

mac35

Dance on my friends! Dance on!

Why I hate East Coast Liberals

hipster

So, for starters I’m going to say, I’m liberal. I’m like, super, super beyond liberal. Having lived in countries like Canada, Australia and New Zealand, I’ve seen that a high minimum wage, universal healthcare, gun control, and strong social services for the underprivileged not only are possible, but they work. And they create strong, healthy, happy countries, with good stable economies.

Don’t believe me? Here’s a few links for various studies.  Feel free to alert me when you’ve found America on any of these lists (But lets be real here, Republicans won’t believe anything besides Fox News anyways…so this is probably pointless)

CNBC

CNN

Telegraph

Global Peace Index

But anyways, I’m a stark raging liberal. However, I’m not a fucking idiot. And because I’m not an idiot, I have to let everyone know that I fucking hate East Coast Liberals.

I’m at a cafe right now on the Upper West Side, and there are two obnoxious spoiled, privileged, Jewish liberals next to me saying the dumbest shit in the entire world. Here’s a small selection:

“Oh my God, you know who I love? Beto O’Rourke! He’s the next president.”

“I’m going to visit one of the refugee camps down south and interview LGBTQ migrants, because really, they’re a group that’s been ignored in the zeitgeist.”

“I’m taking a trip to Texas to visit southern synagogues because, like, life is different down in Texas, and I want to see what it’s like.  Do you know that there aren’t as many Jewish people down in Texas? Isn’t that strange?”

“You know it’s wrong when someone sees a white baby with a non-white mother pushing the stroller, and they assume it’s the baby’s nanny. It’s totally internalized racism!”

And the list goes on… in fact they’re still next to me. And I sort of want to kill them. Let’s unpack some of these quotes shall we? Examine where everything is going wrong with liberals these days.

Quote 1:

“Oh my God, you know who I love? Beto O’Rourke! He’s the next president.”

hip

Ok, east coast liberals, listen up… up until this most recent election cycle, you had no fucking idea who Beto O’Rourke was. So can democrats please stop acting like he’s the Godsend you’ve all been waiting for? Besides, look at your track record with other democrats…you’ll just end up hating him anyways.

Don’t believe me?

Remember when you loved Hilary Clinton?  Do you love her now?  No. You all hate her.

Remember when you all loved Bill Clinton? Do you love him now?  No. You think he’s a sex offender.

Remember when you all loved Elizabeth Warren? Do you still love her now? No. You all hate her, and you actually turned on her quite quickly, considering that she’s actually a wonderful politician.

Remember when you all loved Nancy Pelosi? Yeah… ya’ll are turning on her pretty fast these days…

What’s the bottom line here? It’s this: Liberals demand across-the-board-perfection from their politicians (which is fucking hilarious considering that human perfection is impossible. And it’s a standard that none of you liberals even hold yourselves to). So, democrats will continue to burn down their own castle over dumb shit, and Trump will win again in 2020, because even though republicans are fucking selfish idiots, they at least have the power to agree in the name of winning elections.

Quote #2

“I’m going to visit one of the refugee camps down south and interview LGBTQ migrants, because really, they’re a group that’s been ignored in the zeitgeist.”

hip1

Is it important to hear stories of diverse individuals?  Yes. But is it also SO INSANELY STUPID AND WRONG for some group of over-privileged Jews from Uptown Manhattan to go run down and “save” these poor lost puppies (Oh, I’m sorry…no they’re humans… it’s just that you treat them like lost puppies.) And you do all this simply because it will help your own social status.  You don’t just go hunt down LGBTQ migrants solely to use them for their oppression status if you’re actually a genuine person. Minorities are not a prop for you to use to increase your social standing you selfish fucking cunts. Stay in Manhattan and continue living off of daddy’s money. #Thanks.

Quote #3

“I’m taking a trip to Texas to visit southern synagogues because, like, life is different down in Texas, and I want to see what it’s like.  Do you know that there aren’t as many Jewish people down in Texas? Isn’t that strange?”

hip3

Again, democrats, you want to know why you’re going to lose the presidency again in 2020?  This is why. The fact that America is made up of 50 states, and you can only comprehend the lifestyles of people in about 5, maybe 10 at the very most, of those states, is why. Once again, these aren’t just props. Middle America isn’t just the setting to TV shows and novels. They’re actual states with actual people living there.

And if you want to live in your little bubbles in the big coastal cities and not even try to understand the rest of your own fucking country, then that’s fine. You can. You can be just as stupid and small minded as republicans are. THE PROBLEM HERE is that liberals are the ones who claim to be the educated party. The just party. The party of equality and diversity. But the fact that you see Texas as this strange new frontier with a lifestyle so bizarre that you can’t even fathom it…. that proves that you’re not the educated party filled with open-minded individuals. It shows you’re a bunch of fucking idiots who are no better than Republicans who look at New York and Los Angeles with complete blankness. So get off your high horse please.

Quote #4

“You know it’s wrong when someone sees a white baby with a non-white mother pushing the stroller, and they assume it’s the baby’s nanny. It’s totally internalized racism!”

Gwen Stefani Is A Hot Mama in Harem Pants!

Another HUGE problem with liberals. Creating enemies out of everyone because you love stroking your own cocks at the very idea that you’re better than others.

Is it wrong that someone would assume a non-white mother could have a white baby? Sure. It’s ignorance, it’s a lack of knowledge of the world, it’s stupidity. It can be a lot of things. But by slapping the term RACIST on someone implies that there is a malicious intent on their part. It implies that they’re actively judging the mother BECAUSE OF HER SKIN COLOR.

But here’s another possibility: I used to work in a Pinkberry in Brentwood. The rich area of Los Angeles. Do you know how many hispanic nannies came in every single day with white woman’s babies? Sometimes, the rich white women would come in with the nanny! The mother would literally make the nanny push the pram! So, is it possible that someone is used to associating a non-white woman pushing a white baby in stroller as a nanny? YES ABSOLUTELY. But that isn’t racism. That isn’t the same as a person being like, “THAT WOMAN IS NON WHITE, SO SURELY SHE COULDN’T POSSIBLY BE A MOTHER! SHE MUST BE A NANNY!”

You’re confusing ignorance with hatred. And when you call ignorant people hateful people, then guess what, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO WIN THEM OVER. Its another great example of liberals shooting themselves in the foot and pushing others away, Purely because they’re so obsessed with feeling superior to others.

Ok, I need to get back to work now. I just had to rant otherwise my brain would have exploded.

Dear Trans Community…We Need To Talk.

dear trans community...

Alright, so I need to have a heart-to-heart with my fellow LGBTQ community. And trigger warning, this post will probably come off as offensive and will mention graphic sexual material. Sorry in advance.

Ok, so let’s just put this out there: Trans people….what are you doing? I feel the need to write about this because this has happened to me multiple times now and I’m genuinely curious and confused by it.

What has happened is that trans guys have messaged me on the gay apps. When I tell them that I’m not interested, they obviously ask why, and so I tell them because I’m not into trans men. I am a gay man, and therefore, I love cock and balls with sexy bush .

I am then immediately told that I am transphobic.

Really?

Am I?

For Real?

So then I ask, How am I transphobic?

And the response is always this: You claim to be a gay man, so therefore you should be attracted to anyone who identifies as male.

I then respond with: No…I am a gay male because I am attracted to the male body and all its giblets.

The trans guys always respond with:  No, I identify as male, you should treat me as one.

And then I’m like… Look dude, I respect you and I see you as male and I think you deserve rights and happiness, but the second you pull down your pants, and rather than a honking, raging boner, with a couple of balls knocking around, you have a vagina, I won’t be able to get hard…because I don’t find vagina attractive.

(PS- there’s also the HUGE issue of “non-passing” trans guys, which, as a gay man, it would be very hard to be sexually attracted to a trans man who has a vagina, and still looks physically like a woman… but you can’t bring that up to trans people because then they call you transphobic again…. so, anyways, moving on…)

So, then I’m like, why don’t you have sex with guys who are into trans guys? For example, I have a friend.  a really good friend, who is in trans women. My friend isn’t a weirdo or scuzzy. He is a safe and stable guy with a good stable job. He just loves trans women.

And then the trans guys are always like, No! Those guys are just using me as a fetish!

And then I’m like… Ok, so you’re hitting up gay men. Men who are interested in cocks and balls… and get mad when they’re not into you. And then, when you have a group of people who are into trans people… but you refuse to allow any of them to love you because you think that you’re being used… It sounds like you’re not allowing yourself to be happy.

They then say something along the lines of, “No, you just don’t find me attractive because of cultural norms. Gender is a spectrum! You don’t get it! Society has told you that because you’re gay, you should only be attracted to one type of person!

And then I’m like…. Actually, I’m from Ohio you obnoxious privileged New Englander… I spent my entire youth growing up having everyone hate me for being gay. And all I ever heard was that I’m supposed to like vagina because that’s what’s “normal”.  I assure you that all those years of being beat up and harassed was very much not me following the social norm.  And furthermore, I’ve spent enough years of my life being told I’m supposed to be into vagina. I’m not. Sorry. I am just not. And I’m not in the mood for the LGBTQ community to start telling me that as well. I know who I am and I know what I like.

Then I’m called transphobic again and they repeat the whole gender is a spectrum argument…which I full agree with. Gender can be a spectrum, and people can do whatever they want…just like I can do whatever I want and be into whatever I’m into…and what I’m into is a nice cock, low hanging balls, and a hairy chest.

Then I get the whole “That’s just what society wants you to believe” argument again…

So then I say this:

Ok, look at this picture.

alba1

By your argument of, as a gay man I should be interested in anyone who identifies as male regardless of physical body, then, hypothetically, I should be attracted to this picture of Jessica Alba if she said she identifies as male. Correct?

Then they get really mad and tell me that I’m mean and that I just don’t get it, because I don’t want to get it, and that I’m transphobic and such.  Then they normally block me, so the conversation ends.

So, trans people, what are your thoughts? What am I not seeing that you’re seeing? because I am 100% confused, and completely shocked that I’ve had multiple trans people say the exact same things to me.

Also, this is 2018! I fully believe that there are trans men out there who are capable of creating a website or app. Why doesn’t the trans community create their own dating app? That way you can self-select the community you speak to. That way you’ll know any guy who has made an account on that app is into trans people!

Just like, as a gay man, I would never log into Bumble, because that is for straight people. It’s a women seeking men and men seeking women app. That doesn’t mean that I think the Bumble app is homophobic. It’s just that heterosexual people aren’t into the same sex. So, is there no way for the trans community to move off and make their own apps as well?

Anyone else have thoughts they’d like to share? Again, I’m sorry if this all sounds transphobic. I literally don’t understand how it does. I just think it’s preference.

America, It’s Time To Leave Kathy Griffin Alone

kat

Dear America,

You have bought right into the relentless, manipulative, and hateful zeitgeist of present-day America.  And I’m sorry to tell all of you, but it pisses me the fuck off that you’re that stupid.

So what is this image that has shocked, horrified, and nauseated America?  It’s been called vile, disgusting, and many say it has apparently “crossed the line”.    So here it is:

kat1

Yes people, that’s right.  A cheap Halloween mask and corn syrup.  This is apparently what has horrified all of you?

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

Are you people 10 years old?   If these kinds of cheap theatrics terrify you then how do you sit through any PG-13 movie these days without hopping on twitter to talk about how realistic and vile it was?

Now I know what you’re all saying: some kind of “blah blah blah but it’s about our President…” or “It was a call to assassinate Trump” or whatever cheap excuse you people have.

But we all know that isn’t true.  You saw that it was trending in the media to bash Kathy Griffin, so you all did it so your feed could trend too.   Donald Trump is the one always bitching about a “witch hunt” and congrats America, he started one and you all bought into it.  You focused your hatred of the world into one woman for no reason other than some mild form of mass hysteria.

And where is everyone now?  Hmmmm?  All you people who were so concerned that this image was a call to violence…suddenly, now that Kathy Griffin has held a press conference stating that she is getting detailed, in-depth death threats…  Suddenly Twitter has gone silent.  It seems America doesn’t seem so outraged by violence 3 days later.

And furthermore America, 2 main point here:

kat3

First.  Art is art.  Free speech is free speech.  And artists are artists.   What this was by Trump wasn’t a sudden ideological stance on violence and gore.  He was pissed that it was an image of him.  And then a message was sent to the world through him and conservative media:  Don’t fuck with Trump or we will tear you to shreds

And somehow the liberal media jumped on the bandwagon as well.  CNN, Anderson Cooper, Huffington Post, New York Post, Chelsea Clinton.  Everyone seemingly JUST HAD TO MAKE THEIR VOICE HEARD that they condoned violence…and they all used Kathy Griffin as the punching bag to convey this message, which obviously only made the Trump team oh-too-happy.

Silencing people who make offensive art against our current administration will not make this country better or more peaceful.  What it will do however, is spread a message not dissent against the way things are.   We are teaching people to be silent and not stand up against an administration that NEEDS TO BE STOOD UP TO.

Secondly, let’s talk about Trump and conservatives.

kat5

Does anyone remember when a black church in the south was set on fire and the words “VOTE TRUMP” was spray painted on it?   Were all of you just at work that day? Were you all too busy to tweet up a storm about that?  I mean if were going to talk about a vile and disgusting act…

Or how about the 2 FUCKING MURDERS THAT HAPPENED IN PORTLAND LAST WEEK?

Kathy Griffin was a more worthy target to bash?  Are you people insane?

kat6.jpg

Or how about the hate crime where a man ran his truck over someone and killed him because of his race?  This news story went largely under the radar because it happened so soon after the Portland murders

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/young-father-killed-truck-driver-hate-crime-article-1.3206515

Or how about the stabbing in Maryland that happened recently?

kat9

The white man on the right, who belonged to a white supremacist group on facebook somehow believes he was superior to the man on the left because of his race.   WHERE WERE YOU TWITTER TROLLS THEN?

Point is, the Kathy Griffin scandal blew up because conservatives are crazy and are DESPERATE to believe that they are oppressed by liberals.  They are angry and uneducated and suffer from a severe case of cognitive dissonance.  If Trump and Fox News says there is literally anything to be outraged about, conservatives will devote their time to being outraged to it.  They are the most desperate of sheep.

And on that note… are any of you paying attention to the Trump administration?  Are you watching as they are removing funding for the sciences, national parks, healthcare, education, women’s rights…well civil rights off all kinds, and the insane level of hate he inspires in our country?    If you all want to take a moral high ground and be raging about something realize where the anger should go…

Get your head in the game people,

~ The Dark Horse

…and no, this wasn’t proofread.  This was written out of a mix of passion and anger.
